Beginning Spring 2020, the Anatomy and Physiology Club will record member attendance using CampusLabs. In order for easy sign-in at APC meetings and events, members should have access to their entity account QR codes, which will be scanned to log member attendance.
Below are two different methods in which members can access their entity account QR codes. Both methods are shown on a mobile smart phone device, as saving the QR code to your phone allows for easy access to it.
Accessing your entity account QR code through The Hub
1. Access The Hub from your mobile device's internet browser
2. Sign into The Hub using the Miami University two-factor authentication sign-in
3. Access the account drop-down menu by selecting the account button
4. In the account drop-down menu, select Event Pass

Accessing your entity account QR code through Corq
1. Download Corq from your mobile device's app store
2. In the Corq app, access the main menu tab by selecting the orange arrow in the top left corner. Then, select Pick a Campus
3. Search for and select Miami University
4. Go back to the main menu and select Sign In to your Campus
5. Sign into The Hub using the Miami University two-factor authentication sign-in
6. Go back to the main menu and select Event Pass

Corq also allows you to view other campus events and organizations!
At the beginning of APC meetings and events, find an APC Executive Member and they will scan your entity account QR code to sign you in, or they will direct you to an Executive Member that can scan your code.
